Julie and her team’s expertise lie in menu planning and executing events up to 300.  Pre-Planned luncheon menus have been designed for easy ordering as well as full menus with cover pages for faxing.  Choose from:  FAJITAS, BBQ, ASIAN, PIZZA AND PASTA, SANDWICHES AND SALADS and AMERICAN.  

To take total advantage of the Corporate Catering Concierge’s services, let the Corporate Catering Concierge plan your luncheon menus for you.  The Corporate Catering Concierge will vary your menus by cuisine and menu items to ensure your office does not get bored with the same meals.  Only tried and true menus will be chosen for your office.  If additional services are required be it Servers, bartenders, tables, chairs linens, glassware, etc… no problem, we can take care of that for you too.

WHEN can I use the Corporate Catering Concierges services?

The Corporate Catering Concierge prepares your catering orders daily, weekly or monthly depending on YOUR schedule.  Simply submit your order or orders through this website, by phone or fax and Julie will follow them through from start to finish confirming with you and the restaurant every step of the way.
To ensure desired delivery times, it is advantageous to get your orders in at least a day in advance although same day service is available.

WHY should I use the Corporate Catering Concierge?

Julie brings over 15 years of restaurant experience to the Corporate Catering Concierge as Director of Banquets and Catering and Marketing in the Houston area.  Having developed and managed multiple lunch delivery restaurants, Julie knows what she is looking for when it comes to choosing restaurants to service her meeting planner’s needs.  Each of the Corporate Catering Concierge’s network of restaurants have been inspected for product quality, dependability, timeliness, and affordability.  Julie and her team work specifically with the managers on duty to ensure each order is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.  We call the restaurant the morning of your delivery to confirm accuracy of the order, delivery time and location. The first few deliveries we will give you a follow-up call after lunch to ensure your order was on time and that everyone liked the menu.   We keep track of the menus you order or that we put together for you as to not duplicate them unless desired.  If your guest count changes last minute, give a call and if possible your order will be adjusted fit your needs.
