(Serves 6-8 as an entrée and 10-12 as a side) Oven roasted turkey, thinly-sliced ham, cheddar, provolone, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers on a bed of spring lettuce mix. Served with Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressings and freshly baked bread (10 slices).
