Paired with Braciole - flank steak rolled with a Parmesan, herb and spice filling, with onions and house made tomato sauce served in pinwheels. Served with angel hair pasta tossed with garlic, fresh herbs and Pecorino Romano cheese, green beans and garlic bread.
