Expiration
C3 Loyalty points do not expire. However, if your account is inactive for over one year, it will be considered closed and all accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited and removed from your account. Reward points may be deducted for disputes or credits made on your account.
Reward Restrictions
Redeemed rewards are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. C3 is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated Gift Cards obtained upon redemption of your Rewards Points.
Redeemed rewards earned in the Program may not be re-sold or exchanged for other goods or
services, except as stated on the reward.
All rewards are subject to availability.
Use of any Gift Card obtained upon redemption of your Rewards points is subject to the terms,
conditions and restrictions set forth on the Gift Card and provided by the participating merchant.
For those of you that cannot accept rewards, we offer an annual opportunity to put your gift card
amount towards the charity of your choice or you may apply it to your office holiday party
catered through C3 in December of the current year.
Program Restrictions
Corporate Catering Concierge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, restrict,waive or terminate the Loyalty Program or any aspect or feature of the Loyalty Program at any time with or without notice. Corporate Catering Concierge reserves the right to limit, delete or change any of the rules, terms, conditions and benefits of the Loyalty Program in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Corporate Catering Concierge has the right to close your Loyalty Program account for any reason.
Rewards points are not the property of the Account Holder. Reward points cannot be sold,
attached, seized, levied upon, pledged or transferred under any circumstances by the Account
Holder, including, without limitation, by operation of law, upon death, or in connection with any
legal proceeding.
Events beyond Corporate Catering Concierge’s control, such as computer equipment or
electronic data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism or war,
which may materially affect our ability to perform, will allow us to suspend or terminate the
Loyalty Program.
Any disputes concerning rewards will not affect an Account Holder’s payment obligation to
Corporate Catering Concierge for purchases made on their Account. Corporate Catering
Concierge is not responsible for any disputes among joint members or authorized users relating
to the Loyalty Program.
