Whether you have made the choice to eliminate certain foods from your diet, or you have been diagnosed a serious medical condition that limits your dietary intake, C3’s network of restaurants and caterers offer all the dietary variety that you need.

As research improves, many people have discovered that their bodies react negatively to certain foods. Don’t let a limited menu prevent you from eating the foods you need and love. Here are menus in our catering network that are designed just for you!

Vegetarian

Kim Son

General Tso Tofu- Lightly battered tofu glazed with the General’s favorite spicy sauce. Served with white rice.

Deluxe Tofu- Lightly battered tofu stir-fried with bell peppers and sweet onions in Kim Son black pepper sauce. Served with white rice.

Voss Kitchen 

Vegetarian Burger- Black Bean burger served with all the fixings, potato salad and chips.

Portabella Marsala- Portabella mushroom sautéed and smothered with a plum mushroom and marsala wine sauce. Served with rolls and butter and your choice of two sides.

Vegan

Chatters Bistro

Roma Veggie- Roasted Eggplant, portabella mushrooms, red bell pepper, leaf lettuce, sundried tomato pesto on focaccia bread. Served with chips and your choice of salad.

India’s Restaurant has a wealth of vegan options to choose from. A few of their vegan options include:

Eggplant Bharata- Eggplant grilled over charcoal, mashed then cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions and spices.

Aloo Ghobi Masala- Florets of cauliflower and diced potatoes cooked with masala in a steam pot.

Halal Lemon Herb Chicken Breast- Oven roasted chicken breast marinated in our house favorite seasonings and herbs. Served with rolls, butter and your choice of two sides.

Halal Chimichurri Beef- Very tender flat iron steak topped with a fresh Chimichurri sauce served with rolls, butter and your choice of two sides.

Louisiana Fried Chicken

Mixed Fried Chicken- Choose from huge and juicy pieces of leg, thigh, wing and breast served with a roll and your choice of two sides.

Grilled Fish Plate- Your choice of catfish or tilapia served with a roll and a choice of two sides.

Fadi’s Mediterranean

Hot Entree Option #1 - 5 ounces of meat per person served with rice and pita bread. If chicken 5 - 1 ounce pieces, if Beef 4 - 2 ounce pieces, if Lamb 5-1 ounce pieces, if Falafel - 5 pieces. Includes your choice of one meat, one vegetable, one salad and one dip.

Genesis Steakhouse- All items are Kosher. Some of the most popular items include:

Free Range Chicken Florentine- Served with spinach, fresh herbs, basil cream sauce and Persian rice.

Grilled Beef Kabob (also Gluten free)- Prime beef, sautéed peppers and onions on a bed of Persian rice

Gluten Free

Chatter’s Café and Bistro offers an entire section of gluten free options. A few options include:

Shrimp Kabobs Buffet- Shrimp grilled in saffron butter on a skewer and served with grilled vegetables and herb rice.

Grilled Salmon- Cajun seasoned over brown rice, black beans, pico de gallo and a fresh vegetable medley.

Beef Burgundy Buffet- Tender cut beef tenderloin in a robust Burgundy wine sauce made with onions, garlic, wild mushroom, and spices. Served herb rice, vegetables and pita bread. (Pita bread is not Gluten Free)

City View Catering- All Sauces are gluten Free

Paleo

Au Bon Pain- Au Bon Pain has a handful of salads that are perfect for any Paleo diet. Their Chicken Garden Salad includes chicken, romaine, field greens, cucumber and tomato with your choice of dressing. The Mediterranean Chicken Salad, Chefs Salad and Chicken Cobb with Avocado are perfect when you leave out the cheese. Southwestern Chicken and Thai Peanut Chicken salads are perfect when leaving out the crispy wontons.

Brisket Bar BQ- Bar b que is always a great choice when on a Paleo diet.

Choose any meat option or a combination including beef brisket, grilled chicken, ham, pork, ribs, sausage, or turkey. Sides that are paleo friendly include beans, coleslaw, corn, green beans and tossed salad.

Cantina Laredo- Fajitas are also a perfect choice for Paleo diets, minus the tortillas of course. Cantina’s Beef and Chicken Fajitas include onions, peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo, borracho beans and roasted tomato salsa. Leave out the sour cream and cheese that it normally is served with and you have a great Paleo option.
